LearnerShape's vision and beta testing

LearnerShape's goal is to use advanced AI to revolutionize the skills training process, as part of a long-term vision to make education better by developing deep machine-based understanding of individuals. Put simply, we use computers to make online education more human.

The current beta test version of LearnerShape provides most of the initial features that we will deliver in our commercial product, to be released later in 2021. We want your feedback on our current features and how they might improve, as well as future features that would be desirable. Please contact us to provide feedback.

We deliver learning recommendations by using natural language processing (NLP) and other AI methods to automatically identify relationships among skills, learning content and jobs. We are confident you'll see excellent recommendations on the platform, but some will be less good (because of limitations in both content and algorithms). We want to know which recommendations are less good -- you can tell us by clicking on “Report a problem” on the course information pane or contacting us to provide more detailed feedback. Your feedback will greatly help to improve our AI and accelerate our journey to providing consistently world-class content recommendations.

To summarize, to help us advance our vision, we're asking for your help mainly in the two areas highlighted above: platform functions and learning recommendations.
