What is a skill?

By the word 'skill', LearnerShape means anything that can be taught and learned. 'Skill' can cover a variety of different concepts: e.g. abilities, knowledge, aptitudes and learning styles. To avoid confusion, LearnerShape calls all of these 'skills', and focuses on connecting learners with content and collaboration to teach each skill.

We think our approach of supporting any skills framework is the future of reskilling and upskilling, even as big industry players are still working on the decades-old approach of trying to standardize around a single taxonomy. We would love to hear from you what you think about this!
