When you access the Organization view as an administrator, you will first be on the Members page (the number following 'Members' in the left-hand column is the number of learners in your organization). On this page, it is possible to do the following (if these functions are enabled by your organization):
view the target profile of each learner, or change it by clicking on the pencil option
view the skills of each learner by clicking on the entry in the Skills column
view the selected courses of each learner by clicking on the entry in the Courses column
invite a new learner to use LearnerShape (as part of your organization) by clicking the 'Add learner' button (and then providing their name, email address and role in the pop-up form)
suggest a new collaboration between two learners for studying together by clicking 'Add learning partners' (and then providing the names of the two learners in the pop-up form)
suggest a new mentorship by clicking 'Add mentors' (and then providing the names of the mentor, mentee and skill being taught in the pop-up form).
