Job recommendations

The Job Recommendations section is at the bottom of the My Skills page (accessible via the top icon on left-hand menu). This section lists the 'jobs' from your organization's target profiles that have the closest fit to your current personal skills. The best fits are to the left with steadily more distant fits as you move to the right on the 'carousel' of recommendations. You can also see additional target profiles by clicking 'Explore more jobs' at the far right of the carousel (this has the same effect as clicking 'Change profile' in the Skills Explorer section immediately above).

If you click on a recommended job, you have the option to set that recommendation as your target profile for learning.
