From the Courses page in Organization view, an administrator can approve or reject personal courses that are added by users.
Courses that are approved become accessible to all members of your organization. Until a personal course has been approved by an administrator, it cannot be included in a pathway that is set as 'Public' to the world or to your organization. If the administrator rejects a personal course, the individual user who entered it can continue to access the course information, but others cannot.
